This orchid was also another cake decoration project. Gumpaste flowers are made in stages so it is hard (for me) to gauge how long it takes to complete one flower. It would also depend on how large and how detailed the flower is.

It's truly beautiful, all of it! "Take your candle & go Light Your World," as I've been known to say-- use whatever it is God gave you and make this world a better place! Even if it's gumpaste art on cakes or in exhibits. TRUE beauty lifts the human spirit, and looking at these small, yet powerfully intricate pieces of artwork, give the viewer an appreciation of the Master who created the originals.
